It’s colddd out there! I suggest setting up your own brunch, right at home (in bed). This is also great for rainy days or simply not wanting to leave the house!
I prepped this brunch for New Years day, so that the slow cooker egg dish would be ready when I woke up, and the mimosa refills would be much easier to come by than at a restaurant.
It feels great being prepared and excited for the next day, when you know that your current night’s activities are guaranteed to leave you feeling a bit..under the weather.
