The new Disco Mary pop-up at Columbia Room (124 Blagden Alley, NW) is absolutely gorgeous, and has the most delicious vegan dishes on their meat-free menu of plant-forward Latin food, along with tasty apothecary, alcohol-optional cocktails.
The menu items are sooo pretty & colorful: Ceviche made from hearts of palm, dairy-free rainbow nachos, a cocktail named “Influencers in the wild” 😄.
We loved every second of the experience, and think it’s so fantastic that it’s inspired by herbalism, with a focus on well-being. It’s just a whole vibe. Thank you, Columbia Room for having us!
