Hope everyone had a wonderfullll Memorial Day weekend and kick-off to summer! It’s now ok to drink smoothies everyday and wear a swimsuit 24/7.

Grocery list..
Mixed berry yogurt smoothie:
- Bag of frozen mixed berries (then you don’t need to use ice!)
- Vanilla Greek yogurt (Light & Fit’s vanilla Greek blend has 2x the protein and the sugar content is low)
- 1 banana
- A smidge of almond milk if it’s too thick
Green Tea and Kale smoothie:
- Cup of fresh chopped kale (you don’t really notice it!)
- Powdered green tea
- Vanilla Greek yogurt
- Banana
- Almond milk
- Splenda or sugar of choice if added sweetness is desired
- Ice
