Low Cal Pizza

A very low-cal version of pizza.  No grease or extra dough, just whole wheat tortilla wraps, fat free mozzarella cheese (or cabot’s 75% fat free extra sharp cheddar is great too if you don’t mind shredding it yourself), and some nom nom veggies.  Of course there are many versions of this– you can load it up with as many veggies as those little tortillas can handle.  Plop those on a baking sheet and bake for about 12-14 minutes at 425 degrees.   Another quick and healthy tortilla pizza can be found here.
