Stuffed Kabocha Squash and Asian-style Cabbage Salad

Jan 17, 2014 | Eats

Try these juicy recipes for your next dinner:  Stuffed kabocha squash and an Asian-style cabbage salad.

For the kabocha stuffing, I made a mixture of jasmine rice, brown rice and quinoa, and baked some tofu in delicious Asian sauces.  Here is another yummy one to work off of.

I used a microwaved bag of  soy beans (edamame) in my cabbage salad.

*If you’re a tofu fan, buy it from a local Asian mart (in the tub you see below), it will save you lots of monies!
